Still Life-Raleigh, NC

Still Life is one of the newest clubs to hit Raleigh’s downtown. It has recently re-located across from its original location so go check it out!

Mark Masters from Neu Wave contacted us about doing the install at Raleigh’s Still Life after they realized it was more of a commercial project that we specialize in. Myself and installer Kris Gulya met with Sharif and Nicholas several times to find out exactly how to create an upscale version of their successful Greenville club with the same name. They had some great ideas that we combined with our expertise to create an amazing place.

We used massive JBL subs and mains for the room. They wanted to use Crown amps due to their positive past experiences with them. This room really cranks! We also handled the installation and programming of all of the DMX and LED lighting. We installed a dozen Martin Mania SCX500 scanners and strobe lights which really come to life after adding in the haze machines. In addition, we wired together an LED system they purchased that goes in the bars, columns, and “clouds” which were built to hang from the ceiling. Basically, the whole place can change colors at the touch of a button from their touchscreen Lightjockey system. It’s sweet!
