Buku-Raleigh, NC

Buku labels itself “Global Street Food”, but they also have some killer music. On any given night you might see a DJ playing international beats, acoustic by Nathan Asher, or even a sitar player!
Sean Degnan and several other former Hi5/Red Room employees called us just before opening Buku (at the old location of Fins in downtown Raleigh). This is a really gorgeous restaurant and the bar has a portable stage for all of the DJs and musicians that come through. We installed a mobile system including a mono sub and 2 15” high end cabinets with 2 floor monitors and a Mackie mixer. As usual, we used QSC amps to power the rig. This small system is perfect for the area and all of the acts sound great!
